1)What is the minimum order value?

I. Clinics $100

ii.Home pharma $50

iii.PSS – There is no minimum for patient materials

2)I received my order but there is an issue (missing item, wrong quantity).  What do I do?

i.Contact Prorx@bayshore.ca where the Client Service team will be happy to assist you

3)There is a new item that needs to be added to the Shopify site so it can be ordered, who do I contact?

i.Please follow up with your direct manager to request for new items to be added to the site.  They will connect with the ProRx team to have Shopify updated.  Typically a 2 week lead time is needed to ensure product is available in stock.

4)There is a change in staff who need access to the Shopify site, who do I contact?

i.Please follow up with your direct manager who will connect with the ProRx team to have Shopify updated.  Typically changes can be made within 2 Business days

5)What happens if stock is not available (manufacturer backorder, depleted inventory, etc.)?

i.In the event an item is not available to order, it will be noted on the site to prevent orders from proceeding when there is no stock to fill.

ii.The team at ProRx works closely with the Inventory & Procurement Team to provide updates to all affected business lines and will update Shopify once the item becomes available again.

iii.For high priority items (ie. PPE, IV catheters, transparent dressings, tubing, saline bags, sterile water, etc.) we have an approved list of substitute items to ensure business continuity.

We strive to maintain sufficient inventory to fulfil all orders, but are impacted by the current challenges seen across the global market as a result of the pandemic.  We regularly complete cycle counts and system adjustments to ensure our inventory is maintained accurately, and have sourced alternate vendors to ensure we always have comparable products available.

6) How do I know which quantity to order for each item?

i.All items will have the unit of measure (UOM) listed in the description and on the item page itself in Shopify.  This will tell you which quantities are available to order.  Most items have an option to order individually (each) or by box/case/pack.
