What is the BSRX Portal?
An online portal to order Medical Supplies, Medications, PSS Program Kits and Patient Material to clinics or your patients’ homes. All customers on our portal are granted access to the three customer groups: PSS, Infusion Clinics and Home Pharma which allows you to order products assigned to your group. The portal is designed for easy seamless ordering, invoice billing and delivery across Canada.

How do I register and open an account?
All requests to add new users to the portal need to be sent by your Manager to
bsrxonline@bayshore.ca

Once your request has been received you will be added to the portal within 24 hours (excluding weekends and stat. holidays). You will receive an email from Shopify directly to sign up and create your password. For best experience always use Google Chrome and bookmark portal website for continued ordering.

Product Inquiries/Order Changes/Order Discrepancies/Incorrect Shipments?

What is the minimum required purchase amount before taxes and
shipping for placing orders on the portal?
Infusion Clinics: Minimum order for supplies and medications is $100
Home Pharma: Minimum order for supplies and medications is $50
PSS Customers: No minimum order for PSS kits or literature.

How to add new products to order through the portal:
Any items that are not on the portal requires a three-step process to be added:

  • Provide information to Customer Service team at bsrxonline@bayshore.ca of the item including product information, SKU, UOM, required quantity etc.
  • Customer Service Team will work with the Procurement Team to source the item and confirm product pricing, UOM, ETA, etc. to the Manager.
  • Once approval received, we will order the item, add it to the portal and let the customer know when ready to order. Lead time could vary on approvals, procurement time and ETA for delivery.

How to add new PSS Program kits and Literature to the portal?
All requests to be sent to bsrxonline@bayshore.ca .

What happens if an item is out of stock?
We always work to always ensure availability of stock. In the event of an out of stock or backorder situation we will update the BSRX portal to prevent orders from being processed. The Procurement Team will work on providing updates or alternatives. For high priority items (i.e., PPE, IV catheters, transparent dressings, tubing, saline bags, sterile water, etc.) we have an approved list of substitutes that has been provided by our Clinical Nurse Lead to provide as an alternate solution.

Products and Unit of Measure
All products listed on our portal will be sold in the Unit of Measure listed in the description. Most of the items have an option to order in box/case/pack/each.

Onboarding, Offboarding and Training
Adding users, removing users and Portal training requests must be sent to
bsrxonline@bayshore.ca .Changes can be expected within 24 hours, excluding weekends and stat. holidays.
